*Each item ordered must total at least $20.00 wholesale.

*Freight is a customer responsibility and will be charged on invoice and using our carrier)s) unless instructed otherwise.

*All claims to be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods.

*Goods remain the property of ACE GIFTWARE until paid for in full.

*Any out of pocket legal expenses to be paid for by the account holder.
